This key role will focus on assisting our German-speaking clientele in understanding and leveraging our state-of-the-art online payment solutions. • Provide ongoing training and support to clients, sharing best practices to enhance their user experience.

• Stay informed about industry trends and legal regulations affecting online payment solutions.
• Document client interactions to gather feedback and drive improvements in our services.

• Fluency in German (both spoken and written) is essential; proficiency in English is advantageous.
• Strong knowledge of online payment systems and financial technology.
• Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
• Experience in customer service or consulting, particularly in the fintech space, is preferred.
• Strong problem-solving skills and an analytical mindset.
