Located in Athens, this role is essential in helping German-speaking clients navigate the complexities of online payment systems while delivering exceptional consulting services. You will play a vital role in ensuring that clients can successfully integrate and utilize our payment solutions to enhance their transactional processes. Responsibilities

• Engage with German-speaking clients to understand their online payment needs and provide tailored solutions.
• Assist clients in the integration and optimization of online payment systems.
• Provide ongoing support and training to clients on best practices and functionalities of our payment solutions.
• Collaborate with internal teams to develop innovative strategies that enhance client experience.
• Monitor industry trends and regulatory changes in online payment solutions to advise clients accordingly.
• Document client interactions and feedback to continuously improve service and product offerings.

• Fluency in German (both spoken and written) is required; knowledge of English is a plus.
• Strong understanding of online payment solutions and financial technologies.
• Excellent communication and relationship-building skills.
• Prior experience in customer service, consulting, or fintech is preferred.
• Strong analytical skills with a focus on providing actionable insights.
• Able to work independently as well as in a collaborative team environment.
• Willingness to learn and keep up with industry trends and technologies.
