📍 Full-time | Kent HQ | £30,000-£35,000

Zendbox is expanding rapidly, and we are seeking a dedicated Goods In Supervisor to oversee our inbound operations. This role is crucial for ensuring that our supply chain runs efficiently and effectively as we scale.

Key Responsibilities:

• Supervise the inbound delivery process, ensuring timeliness and accuracy.
• Lead a team of warehouse operatives, providing training and support to guarantee high performance.
• Implement best practices for goods receipt and inventory management.
• Work with the operations management team to enhance overall warehouse efficiency.
• Monitor compliance with health and safety regulations.

• Minimum of 5 years’ experience in warehouse operations, with at least 2 years in a supervisory role.

• Proven leadership skills, with the ability to train and develop a team.
• Valid Forklift Truck (FLT) License.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent communication skills and the ability to work collaboratively with others.
