As Graphic Designer at AVK, you will play a key role in shaping the visual identity of our brand across multiple platforms. Your designs will help communicate AVK’s mission—Powering Tomorrow’s Data—through compelling visuals, digital assets, and marketing materials.

This is a junior role, ideal for a designer with 2 years of experience who is eager to grow and develop within a fast-paced, dynamic B2B environment. You will work alongside the marketing team to create high-quality, on-brand graphics for social media, presentations, events, and digital campaigns.

Key Responsibilities:

Graphic Design & Branding

• Create on-brand visuals, including social media graphics, marketing materials, presentations, and event assets.
• Develop templates and design systems to maintain visual consistency across all touchpoints.
• Support the implementation of AVK’s brand identity, ensuring all designs reflect our positioning and values.
• Stay up to date with design trends, new tools, and emerging technologies to continually enhance your skills.

Content & Digital Assets

• Design social media assets (static, GIFs, carousels, infographics) for platforms like LinkedIn and YouTube.
• Assist in creating eye-catching PowerPoint and sales presentations for internal and external use.
• Support the marketing team in developing event visuals, banners, and promotional materials.

Creative Collaboration

• Work closely with the marketing team to bring campaigns to life through strong visual storytelling.
• Collaborate with external designers and agencies on larger projects.
• Take feedback constructively and apply it to improve designs and refine concepts.

• 1-2+ years of experience in graphic design, preferably in a marketing, agency or B2B environment.
• Proficiency in Canva and familiarity with tools like Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, or Figma)
• Basic video editing or animation skills (e.g., Premiere Pro, Canva animations).
• A portfolio showcasing past work in branding, social media design, and digital assets.
• Strong attention to detail and the ability to work within deadlines.
• Eager to learn, develop, and grow within AVK.
•  Bonus point: Experience in designing for corporate/B2B brands or technology/data centre industries.
