Job Description Who we are looking for We are looking for a reliable HR Administration Specialist to to provide essential support for the daily operations of our HR Department and manage a variety of personnel-related responsibilities. The HR Administration Specialist will report to the HRBP and will be based in Schimatari, Voiotia. Responsibilities Administrative Tasks:
Maintain and update employee records in Kerakoll HR systems
Prepare HR-related reports and documentation
Manage leave and attendance records
Regularly monitor the use of ‘Psifiaki Karta’
Handle HR correspondence and maintain confidential files
Collaborate on payroll data preparation (outsourced)
Employee Lifecycle Management
Oversee the hiring process and ensure proper documentation for new hires
Manage exit processes and documentation for departing employees
Employee Relations & Compliance
Implement and enforce company policies and procedures
Address employee inquiries regarding benefits, policies, and HR processes
Ensure compliance with labor laws and company regulations
Manage compensation and benefits initiatives
Support digitalization efforts in Kerakoll Hellas
Report and track required HR KPIs
Work closely with the GM and Finance Team to provide accurate data for business decision-making
Desired profile
Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources or a related field
Minimum of 2 years' experience in an HR administrative role
Fluency in English and Greek is required
Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask effectively
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
Familiarity with HRM systems (Epsilon ESS & Business Misthodosia) is a plus
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Trustworthy and discreet, capable of handling confidential information with care
