 We're looking for a Human Resources Administrator ready to join us in making a real impact at our office in Managua, Nicaragua.

Key Responsibilities

  •  Assist in the recruitment process, from prescreening candidates to scheduling interviews and maintaining candidate records.
  • Support biweekly payroll preparation by keeping accurate records of medical leave, special permissions, and paid time off.
  • Help administer compensation and benefits programs, ensuring proper documentation and compliance.
  • Manage onboarding and offboarding processes, ensuring all new hire and exit paperwork is completed accurately.
  • Assist in ensuring compliance with employment laws, conducting audits, and maintaining proper records.
  • Serve as a resource for employees, addressing HR-related inquiries and resolving issues.
  • Support communication and collaboration between HR and other departments to foster a positive work environment.
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date employee records in both HR software and physical files.
  • At least 1-2 year of experience in an HR role.
  • High School Diploma (required); degree in HR or related field is a plus.
  • Fluent language skills in both English and Spanish is a must
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to multitask.
  • Clear and professional communication skills, both verbal and written.
  • Eagerness to learn and develop in HR.
  • Understanding of Nicaraguan labor laws and compliance requirements.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office.
