MarBella Collection is seeking a Housing Coordinator that will provide support for the Housing of associates and ensure all regulations are maintained within the associate’s accommodation.

Duties and responsibilities:

• Welcome and introduce associates to accommodation.
• Register, allocate, and organize accommodation for associates.
• Organize and check cleaning process.
• Monitor, organize and support maintenance requests.
• Register, manage and replenish housing inventory and equipment.
• Random room checking based on housing regulations.
• Monitor utilities & house contracts
• Transact the onboarding process relating to housing and any administration tasks in a professional and confidential manner.
• Ensure all procedures, and policies as well as Brand Standards maintained and applied consistently in line with the company’s vision and goals.

• Understanding of HR practices and handling associates’ complaints
• Graduate of Hospitality and Tourism School,Business Administration, or relevant field
• Fluent in English language
• Very good knowledge of Microsoft Office

• Driving license is required
