As a Fresher Recruiter, you will play a key role in identifying, attracting, and hiring top talent in the IT and BFSI industries.Key Responsibilities:1. Sourcing and attracting candidates: Utilize various sourcing channels, including social media, job boards, and professional networks, to attract high-caliber candidates.2. Screening and shortlisting candidates: Evaluate candidate resumes, cover letters, and other application materials to identify top talent.3. Coordinating interviews and assessments: Schedule and coordinate interviews, assessments, and other evaluation tools to assess candidate fit.4.
