This role requires a strategic thinker with communication skills, capable of building a high-performance work culture, implementing HR policies, and ensuring smooth HR operations. Compliance & Legal AdherenceConduct regular audits to ensure adherence to company policies and legal requirements.Stay updated on employment laws and implement necessary HR changes.
