Envision Employment Solutions is currently looking for a Service Delivery Manager– Data, Reporting & Analytics for one of our partners, a global leader in the chemical industry field.

Job Summary:

 

As a Service Delivery Manager – Data, Reporting & Analytics, you will be responsible for overseeing the delivery of data administration, HR reporting and analytics services. This role requires good communication and presentation skills, attention to detail, data and analytical acumen and a deep understanding of data administration, reporting and analytics processes including design, development and delivery of reports, dashboards and analytics as needed for HR. You will collaborate closely with various stakeholders to ensure the effective operationalization of data management processes as well as to provide the necessary data, reports and analytics as needed.

You will report to the Head of Hire to Retire Service Delivery and you will manage a team of 3 Service Delivery Associates.

 

 

Responsibilities:

  •  Operational management and oversight: Manage day-to-day operations and distribution of work amongst the team of 3 associates for data administration, reporting and analytics services. Ensure smooth and efficient execution of data administration, reporting and analytics services as per requirements & timelines.

  •  Data governance: Oversee the collection, storage, and maintenance of HR data, ensuring accuracy, completeness, confidentiality, and compliance as per local laws. Ensure the accuracy, completeness, and integrity of HR data through regular validation and reconciliation processes. Make recommendations on data management processes, procedures, and standards to govern use and integrity of HR data.

  •  (Operational and Strategic) Reporting and analytics: Collaborate with HR & business stakeholders to understand data, reporting and analytics requirements and priorities. Develop and produce HR reports, dashboards, to support decision making on talent and people agenda.

  •  Compliance: Ensure compliance with all relevant local laws, regulations, and company's policies particularly while handling employee data.

  •  Data oversight: Oversee the maintenance of HR data and employee records. Manage HR information systems (HRIS), databases, and other technology platforms used for data storage, reporting, and analytics.

  •  Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) related to process efficiency & effectiveness and on-time completion of various data administration and reporting activities. Identify areas for improvement and collaborate with other HR stakeholders to operationalize solutions to enhance the efficiency and effectiveness of data management, reporting and analytics processes.

  •  Escalation management: Serve as a point of escalation for any requests, issues or concerns related to data administration or reporting and analytics services and ensure timely resolution.

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Master’s degree in Human Resources or a related field is a plus.
  • Proven experience of at least 8+ years in HR Administration, Service Delivery, or a related field, with a focus on data management, reporting and analytics.
  • At least 2-3 years of experience in leading and managing a team.
  • Understanding of local labor laws and data protection regulations.
  • Proficiency in HR information systems (HRIS) and other HR-related software.
  • Excellent written and verbal Arabic and English language proficiency.

  • Skills:
  •  Scope of work: Strong understanding, experience and working knowledge in reporting and analytics. Demonstrated expertise in providing meaningful insights through reports and dashboards, and driving KPI monitoring and governance.
  •  Team Management: Proven experience in leading and managing a team of reporting and analytics.
  •  Process Proficiency: Deep understanding of data, reporting and analytics.
  •  Technology Proficiency: Understanding of HRIS technologies and platforms and leveraging these to deliver data driven actionable insights to stakeholders.
  •  Analytical Ability: Ability to analyze and understand data and derive relevant insights.
  •  Attention to Detail: Keen attention to detail to ensure data integrity and accuracy and support compliance.
  •  Customer Focus: Customer-centric mindset with a commitment to delivering high-quality services.
  •  Collaboration: Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to build positive relationships with stakeholders and senior management.
  •  Communication and Presentation Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills in Arabic and English. Ability to articulate and present complex information in a concise and lucid manner.
