The Head of Corporate Banking will be responsible for developing and executing strategies to grow our corporate banking portfolio, managing high-value client relationships, ensuring risk management, and driving profitability. The role requires a commercially driven leader with a deep understanding of corporate finance, risk management, and business development. You will have to:

•  Drive Growth: Develop and implement strategies to expand the corporate banking business and increase market share.
•  Client Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with key corporate clients, delivering tailored financial solutions.
•  Product Development: Work with internal teams to enhance corporate banking offerings, including credit, treasury, and trade finance solutions.
•  Risk & Compliance: Ensure all corporate banking activities align with regulatory requirements and internal policies.
•  Team Leadership: Lead and develop a high-performing corporate banking team, fostering a culture of excellence and innovation.
•  Market Intelligence: Monitor industry trends, competition, and economic factors for strategic decision-making.

Experience: 14+ years in Corporate Banking, with at least 5 years in a leadership role.

Education: Bachelor's degree in Finance, Business Administration, or related field. A Master's degree or MBA will be an added advantage.

Expertise: Strong knowledge of corporate finance, trade finance, credit structuring, and risk management.

Leadership: Proven ability to lead teams, drive sales, and manage client relationships.

Market knowledge: Deep understanding of Cameroon's financial market and regulatory environment.
