We are looking for an experienced Head of Compliance to lead and manage regulatory compliance across our organization. This role requires extensive expertise in financial regulations, particularly in digital lending and co-lending partnerships. The ideal candidate will play a critical role in ensuring adherence to regulatory requirements, implementing best practices, and managing internal and external audits.

Key Responsibilities

• Ensure timely adherence to all regulatory compliance requirements.
• Monitor regulatory changes and industry best practices, collaborating with internal teams to implement necessary updates.
• Develop and enforce standard operating procedures (SOPs) and ensure all mandatory compliance policies are in place.
• Provide guidance and support to internal and external stakeholders on compliance-related matters.
• Oversee and manage internal audits, statutory audits, and regulatory inspections.

Required Qualifications & Experience

•  10+ years of experience in compliance management within NBFCs, Banks, or Fintech firms.
• Proven expertise in handling RBI audits and regulatory inspections at large-scale financial institutions.
• Strong experience in managing compliance for digital lending and co-lending partnerships.
•  Professional qualifications such as CS, LLB, or Financial Risk Management are preferred.
