Network: Ideally, a strong existing network of potential partners within the Crypto and Fintech sectors.
Technical Understanding: A solid grasp of Blockchain technology and non-custodial crypto solutions.
DeFi Knowledge: Hands-on experience using DeFi platforms (e.g., Maker, Aave, Compound, Yearn, Beefy, ether.fi) and a deep understanding of yield optimization strategies.
Proven Track Record: Demonstrated success in closing at least one significant deal within the past 18 months.
Entrepreneurial Mindset: A self-starter with the drive and resourcefulness to identify and pursue opportunities independently.
Flexibility: Fully remote role, with preference for candidates based in the UK or Europe.
Salary: Up to $125,000 depending on experience
Cash commission: Revenue share with fixed and variable elements, capped at 2x base salary
Token grant: Generous token grant based on experience, subject to vesting conditions
