What You’ll Do: 

Analyze customer IT infrastructures, applications, and service operations to identify automation opportunities.

Design and propose tailored automation solutions that enhance IT operations.

Implement, train, and provide ongoing support for SYNTAX’s IT solutions.

Work closely with sales teams on pre-sales activities, including client analysis, demos, and Proof of Concepts (PoC).

What You Bring: 

Education: B.Sc. in Software Engineering, Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field. (M.Sc. is a plus!)

Experience: 2+ years in IT automation or similar roles.

Technical Skills:

• Strong knowledge of Windows & Unix operating systems.
• Proficiency in scripting languages (VBScript, JavaScript, PowerShell, Unix Shell, NSH).
• Familiarity with software development, testing, and server administration (a plus!).

Bonus Points If You Have:

Strong problem-solving skills & eagerness to learn.

Excellent communication skills in Greek & English.

Ability to work both independently & collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
