We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive IT Integration Coordinator to manage and support integration projects between our internal systems and third-party vendors or partners. This role will be responsible for ensuring seamless coordination between business stakeholders, technical teams, and external partners to deliver timely, high-quality integrations that meet business objectives.

The ideal candidate has strong project coordination skills, understands IT processes, and can facilitate effective communication across departments to drive projects forward.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Coordinate and track the implementation of API and EDI integrations across internal teams and external partners.
  • Act as a central point of contact for integration-related questions, timelines, requirements, and updates.
  • Collaborate with IT, development teams, and vendors to define technical and business requirements for each integration.
  • Schedule and facilitate project meetings, training sessions, and status updates to keep all stakeholders aligned.
  • Document integration flows, data mappings, dependencies, and implementation details.
  • Proactively identify and escalate blockers, risks, or gaps in integration processes.
  • Support post-launch activities including testing, monitoring, issue resolution, and process improvements.
  • 2–4+ years of experience in IT project coordination, business systems, or integration support roles.
  • Experience with API (REST, SOAP) and EDI (e.g., X12, EDIFACT) standards and integration concepts.
  • Strong communication and organizational skills with a track record of coordinating cross-functional teams.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet deadlines in a fast -paced environment.
  • Familiarity with project management tools (e.g., Jira, Confluence, Asana) and integration platforms is a plus.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills with the ability to clearly explain technical details to non-technical stakeholders.
  • Proficient knowledge of Lean tools and methodologies (e.g., 5S, PDCA, Process Mapping, Value Stream Mapping, Kaizen, Root Cause Analysis).
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities, with a data-driven approach to decision-making.
  • Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to influence and engage employees at all organizational levels.
  • Proficiency in data analysis software and Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, Word, and Visio.

Preferred Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in information technology, Computer Science, Business Systems, or a related field.
  • Familiarity with API tools and platforms such as Postman, Mulesoft, Boomi, or Swagger.
  • Hands-on experience with EDI formats and standards like ANSI X12, EDIFACT, and EDI mapping tools.
  • Knowledge of data integration protocols (e.g., SFTP, AS2, HTTPS, JSON, XML).
  • Experience in vendor onboarding and third-party system integration processes.
  • Understanding of SDLC, Agile/Scrum methodologies, and software deployment cycles.
  • Excellent documentation skills and experience creating technical specs or process flows.
  • Certifications in Agile (CSM, SAFe).
