The IT Procurement and Sales Support Specialist will be responsible for supporting the technical sales and client success teams with daily sales quoting assistance of IT products and services, purchasing of equipment and overseeing the entire lifecycle of orders and fulfillment. This position will ensure orders are properly handled and processed in time. The ideal candidate will have experience or at least be very familiar with IT products and services lingo such as IT computer hardware and software and familiar working with distributors of such products and services. The candidate must have a positive attitude and be a good team player willing to help where needed.

• Support CorCystems’ general practices and client relations.
• Assist in preparing and reviewing technical products and services quotes generated by the Client Success and Sales teams.
• Ensure the accuracy of all sales orders and fulfill orders for both Sales, CSM and Services departments.
• Purchase IT equipment such as hardware, software and technical services from manufacturers such as warranties, for customer orders. Work with distributors to ensure best pricing / availability.
• Process additional licenses, and manage our licensing relationship, via our authorized distributors.
• Outline and document processes and procedures to help scale the department.
• Vendor sales reporting – Lenovo/IBM including Spiff and NCB (nominations)
• Negotiate with vendors and distributors for best pricing and services while establishing and maintaining great relationships.
• Process product renewals such as SonicWall/Server/ VMWare / Software Assurance – including quoting, authorizing, invoicing in ConnectWise.
• Assist in maintaining CorCystems parts inventory and help maintain inventory of customer owned equipment. Properly tag incoming shipments with ticket number, customer name, etc. and note in ticket. (Work with Technical Service /Lab Engineer)
• Manage various internal contracts such as cell phone arrangements and office cleaning.
• Help/back up Technical Services /Lab Engineer with shipping customer equipment from our office.
• Work with other employees at all levels and from other departments as needed.
• Participate in group discussions, meetings, work teams, company staff meetings and events.
• Process Service and Sales orders to fulfill client needs and ensure receipt of all equipment.
• Responsible for entering time, activities, and expenses in ConnectWise as they occur.
• Complete assigned training materials and blueprints on the ConnectWise University.

Qualifications, Educations and Experience:

• BA/BS, preferably in business or related field.
• 1+ years of procurement / sales support / customer service-related experience in a technical environment.
• Self-motivated with the ability to work in a fast-moving environment.

Salary: $65,000 - $85,000
