Job Summary:

Singleton Construction is looking to add an IT Project Manager to our office administration team. The primary job of the IT Project Manager is to guide the business’s technology strategy and assist in all areas with the development and improvement of technology use, especially AI tools. This is a full time position.

The ideal candidate for this role will have exceptional customer service skills. A large focus for the IT Project Manager will be the implementation of AI solutions to drive business efficiency with the help of AI tools.

Role and Responsibilities:

· Develop and implement the company’s overall IT technology strategy in alignment with the organization’s goals and objectives

· Working with leadership to evaluate and implement AI tools in all applicable areas of the business

· Manage relationships with technology vendors (Antivirus, spamfilter, phones, ISP, printers, construction-specific softwares)

· Ensure the implementation and adherence to cybersecurity protocols and best practices to protect sensitive company and client data

· Evaluate and recommend new technologies that can enhance operational efficiency, cost-effectiveness, and overall performance

· Conduct regular audits and assessments of the company's IT infrastructure to identify potential risks or vulnerabilities, and implement measures to mitigate these risks.

· Manage and oversee the company's IT policies and procedures, ensuring compliance with industry standards, regulations, and best practices.

Education and Experience:

· Prior experience in a technical IT Project Management is strongly desirable.

· A+, Net+, Sec+ Certifications desirable but not required.
