Job Description

BEL Information Systems, is looking for an IT support engineer to join its technical support department.What You Should Bring: • A degree in Computer Engineering, Networking, or any IT-related field focusing on IT systems management (University, Technical Institute, or Vocational School). • At least 3 years of experience in a similar position. • Knowledge of Windows operating systems (Workstation & Server). • Networking knowledge (Active Directory, TCP/IP, Routing, Firewalls, etc.). • Experience in supporting and managing iPad tablets (iOS, Mobile Device Management (MDM) tools). • Preferred knowledge of Server & Cloud applications (Microsoft Hyper-V, Exchange, SQL, Office 365, Azure, VMware ESXi, etc.). • Preferred IT certifications (Microsoft, Cisco, etc.). • A valid driver’s license (a motorcycle license is a plus). • Completed military service (for male candidates).What You Will Do: • Provide on-site technical support at client locations and remote support using specialized tools. • Handle user support requests. • Install new systems (hardware and software) in projects related to customers’ IT infrastructures.What We Offer: • A competitive compensation package. • Opportunities for career growth. • Continuous training in new technologies. • A pleasant working environment.
