This role is not for desk jockeys. We're looking for a hands-on manager who’s out in the field daily—running in-home sales appointments, mentoring new reps, and raising the bar for performance. What You'll Be Doing

• Leading from the front—running your own in-home leads and setting the pace for the team.
• Hands-on training and development of new and existing reps through live shadowing and real-time coaching in the field.
• Driving sales performance by holding the team accountable to daily, weekly, and monthly goals.
• Coaching, motivating, and inspiring a growing sales team to close more deals and build long-term customer relationships.
• Partnering with leadership to grow market share and improve sales processes.
