We are seeking a talented and detail-oriented professional who is passionate about optimizing complex processes, improving production efficiency, and ensuring the effective use of resources within our manufacturing environment. This role requires a strong understanding of industrial engineering principles and the ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams to drive operational performance.Pay Rate: $98,000-104,000/yrDutiesTrack all new technology related to surface preparation and paintingReview environmental project set-up plansDevelop best practices for environmental equipmentReview and approve containment drawingsDesign and implement process improvements for equipmentDevelop equipment setup proceduresImplement new technologyPreferred QualificationsProven experience with the operation of industrial equipment such as industrial ventilation, bast media vacuums, dust collectors, welding and cutting equipment.Shipyard, Infrastructure OR Industrial experience 5-8 years of Industrial EngineeringProficiency in industrial, environmental and OSHA standards and requirements.Experience in design of industrial ventilation and environmental containment planning and setup.Strong technical writing skills with the ability to interpret guidance documentation from various sources and utilize that in procedure and document development.Proficient with AutoCAD, Microsoft Office Suite, and industrial design programs.Must be able to perform required duties efficiently and independently.
