Key Responsibilities: 

Lead Generation & Prospecting: 

  • Conduct high-volume outbound calls and follow-ups to engage potential clients. 
  • Research and identify qualified leads through targeted outreach and database management. 
  • Generate and nurture a pipeline of potential clients for both Strunk Insurance and Strunk HR. 
  • Develop an understanding of prospects' needs and tailor messaging accordingly. 
  • Maintain and update CRM records to track leads, conversations, and next steps. 

Appointment Setting & Sales Support: 

  • Schedule meetings for producers with decision-makers and ensure proper follow-up. 
  • Provide pre-call research to ensure the sales team is well-prepared for meetings. 
  • Handle initial qualification to assess prospect fit before passing them to producers. 
  • Track appointment setting KPIs and optimize outreach strategies based on performance. 

Collaboration & Continuous Improvement: 

  • Work closely with the sales team to refine scripts and outreach techniques. 
  • Stay up to date on industry trends, competitor offerings, and key business challenges. 
  • Adapt to feedback and continuously improve sales messaging for better conversion rates. 

Qualifications & Skills: 

  • Experience in outbound sales, lead generation, or appointment setting preferred. 
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills with the ability to engage decision-makers. 
  • Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and resilient in handling rejection. 
  • Ability to manage high call volumes and multitask effectively. 
  • Proficiency in CRM tools and lead management software preferred. 
  • Basic knowledge of insurance, HR solutions, or employee benefits is a plus but not required.
