Evaluate clients' insurance needs and offer personalized recommendations for life insurance and related financial products. Cultivate and sustain strong, trusting relationships with clients to support their long-term financial goals. Educate clients on the benefits of insurance products and guide them through available options. Generate new business through referrals, networking, and community involvement. Perform regular policy reviews to ensure alignment with clients' evolving needs and goals. Stay up-to-date with industry trends and regulatory changes to provide informed advice and ensure compliance.Qualifications:Bachelor's degree in finance, business, or a related field is preferred. Excellent presentation, communication, and interpersonal skills. Proven ability to build rapport and trust with diverse clients. Sales experience is a plus but not required; comprehensive training will be provided. Willingness to obtain required licenses (sponsored by New York Life).
