The Greek leading Biscuits & Bakery company Ε.J. PAPADOPOULOS S.A. is seeking to employ a talented, committed, and self-motivated:

International Trade Marketing Executive

to join our International Markets team, reporting to International Trade Marketing Manager.

The role:  

Contribute in the implementation of the Trade Marketing Strategy for ITR & 70 countries (5 regions) for τhe top strategic brands of E.J. Papadopoulos S.A.

How you will contribute:

• Design and implement Occasional promotional activities, including forecasting, packaging materials preparation, POP Materials preparation, promotion execution and evaluation, for the most important occasions like Christmas, Back to School and Ramadan
• Monitor Tailor Made Promotional Plan and propose corrective actions for the top 15 countries
• Plan in coordination with Marketing and Sales the omnichannel support for all new launches (samplings, tasting events, digital content & bannering at e-retailers, artworks for leaflet insertions, wobblers, posters, shelf trays, pallet wraps e.tc)
• Accurately forecast and develop promos and any other special packs for all areas across markets and produce within agreed timelines (creation of on-pack promo stickers, labelling coordination, promo packaging development & co-packing scheduling)
• Plan & Implement Marketing and Trade Marketing activities for ITR customers including Duty Free Stores, Airport Stores and Airline Catering
• Develop POP materials for secondary placements (floor displays, prepacked stands, special constructions, clip strips e.tc.)
• Implement Category Management (mapping competition within categories, planograms, merchandising guidelines)
• Monitor competitors’ brands activations in key markets
• Monitor and control expenses within allocated budget, implement purchase orders (SAP) and resolve invoicing issues according to company policies

What you will bring:

• A minimum of 4 years’ experience in Trade Marketing roles preferably in food industry
• Bachelor’s degree in Business/Marketing or related field
• Bilingual (Greek and English) is a must
• Computer literacy, including use of standard MS Office applications
• Ability to prioritize and coordinate with a great degree of flexibility
• Team player attitude with strong collaboration skills
• Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines in cross functional context
• High degree of personal and professional ethics and integrity

• Available for travelling (4-5 trips per year)
