Responsibilities

• Deliver excellent customer support in Italian for gaming and esports inquiries
• Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues related to games and accounts
• Assist customers with billing inquiries and account management
• Educate users about game features, patches, and updates
• Document customer interactions accurately in the support system
• Collaborate with the gaming team to enhance issues and feedback
• Stay up-to-date with gaming trends and community feedback

• Fluency in Italian and English, both written and spoken
• Willingness to relocate to Greece
• Strong communication and problem-solving skills
• Deep knowledge of games, gaming platforms, and esports culture
• Aptitude for learning new technologies and software
• Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment
• Positive attitude with a passion for video games
