Key Responsibilities:

Lead the design and architecture of scalable and maintainable Java-based applications.

Design and implement solutions using Java 11 and above, Spring Boot, and Hibernate frameworks.

Develop and integrate applications with GCP Data Store and MySQL databases, ensuring high performance and scalability.

Leverage GCP Cloud services to build cloud-native applications and architectures.

Drive continuous integration and delivery pipelines using Jenkins and CI/CD practices.

Write efficient PL/SQL queries and develop solutions with Oracle databases.

Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define technical requirements, understand business needs, and create scalable software solutions.

Mentor and lead a team of developers, promoting best practices, coding standards, and high-quality output.

Apply Agile methodologies to ensure iterative development and efficient project management.

Assist with troubleshooting and resolving complex technical issues.

Maintain a high level of communication with stakeholders, ensuring transparency and clarity on technical and business requirements.

Required Skills and Experience:

12+ years of experience in software development, with a strong background in Java.

Expertise in Java 11+ and Spring Boot for building and deploying Java applications.

In-depth knowledge of Hibernate and MySQL for database interactions and optimizations.

Experience with GCP Cloud services and GCP Data Store.

Proficiency in PL/SQL and working with Oracle databases.

Strong understanding of Agile methodologies and working in an Agile environment.

Experience using GIT for version control and collaboration.

Familiarity with Jenkins and CI/CD pipelines for automating deployment and integration.

Proven experience in leading a technical team, mentoring developers, and ensuring adherence to best practices.

Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to interact with stakeholders and technical teams.
