Java Architect

Qualifications:

  •  8+ years of experience in Java development, with at least 3 years in an architecture role.
  • Proficiency in Java frameworks such as Spring, Hibernate, and strong understanding of design patterns.
  • Expertise in building scalable, high-performance applications.
  • Hands-on experience with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, Google Cloud).
  • Strong knowledge of database technologies (SQL, NoSQL).
  • Familiarity with healthcare technologies and standards (HIPAA, HL7, FHIR).
  • Experience with DevOps tools and practices (CI/CD, Jenkins, Docker).
  • Strong problem-solving, analytical, and debugging skills.
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
  • Deep understanding of software architecture with a passion for technology and optimization.
  • Proven experience in designing high-performance, scalable systems with a focus on cost optimization.
  • Ability to guide and influence teams within a dynamic and fast-paced environment.
  • Strong commitment to system performance optimization.
  • Prior experience in developing large-scale service-oriented architectures operating under real-time constraints.

Key Responsibilities:

  •  Lead the design and architecture of scalable, high-performance Java-based systems.
  • Define system architecture, patterns, and best practices for Java development, particularly in the healthcare domain.
  • Work closely with development teams to ensure proper implementation and adherence to architectural standards.
  • Collaborate with business stakeholders and product teams to understand healthcare requirements and translate them into technical solutions.
  • Ensure compliance with healthcare regulations (HIPAA, HL7, FHIR) in system designs.
  • Conduct code reviews, mentor developers, and uphold code quality and best practices.
  • Analyze and optimize system performance, troubleshoot, and resolve technical challenges.
  • Stay updated with the latest industry trends, especially in healthcare technologies, and incorporate relevant advancements into the architecture.

Education:

Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
