Firnal Inc. is seeking a Junior Developer with a strong foundation in software development and experience utilizing AI-driven development tools to enhance efficiency and innovation. This role will involve working on a variety of cutting-edge projects across data intelligence, education technology, governance, and political strategy. The ideal candidate is a highly adaptable developer who leverages AI tools to optimize workflows, accelerate coding processes, and build scalable, high-impact solutions.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and maintain software solutions across diverse domains, including data collection, data science, AI-driven governance, and political tech.
• Utilize AI-enhanced coding tools (such as GitHub Copilot, OpenAI’s Codex, or similar) to improve development speed and efficiency.
• Work on data-driven projects, including scraping, processing, and analyzing large datasets.
• Assist in the development of AI-powered applications for political campaigns, governance models, and educational technologies.
• Collaborate with data scientists, analysts, and domain experts to integrate AI-driven insights into applications.
• Participate in code reviews, debugging, and optimizing existing applications for performance and scalability.
• Stay up-to-date with the latest AI development trends and integrate them into the software development lifecycle.

•  Bachelor’s degree (or equivalent experience) in Computer Science, Software Engineering, Data Science, or a related field.

•  1-3 years of software development experience (internships and personal projects count).

• Proficiency in at least one programming language (Python, JavaScript, or similar).

• Experience using AI-assisted development tools such as GitHub Copilot, ChatGPT, OpenAI Codex, Tabnine, etc.

• Fundamental knowledge of machine learning, APIs, and data structures is a plus.

• Familiarity with databases (SQL, NoSQL), cloud platforms, and version control (Git).

• A problem-solving mindset with the ability to work on fast-paced, high-impact projects.
