The Role: Drive Growth & Build Relationships

As a Junior Sales Executive, you will be at the forefront of our client relationships, helping customers discover the value of our services. Your mission? Convert inbound leads into happy, long-term clients. You’ll be managing inquiries, qualifying prospects, and ensuring smooth client onboarding—all while developing your skills in a high-growth environment.

What You’ll Be Doing:

✅Proactively identify and engage potential clients through outbound prospecting (calls, emails, LinkedIn, and other outreach channels).

✅Qualify inbound and outbound leads, nurturing early-stage prospects and building a strong pipeline.

✅ Engaging with inbound leads via email, phone, and online channels. ✅ Conduct in-depth research on potential clients, tracking market trends, competitor movements, and industry opportunities to refine sales strategies.

✅Maintain an up-to-date knowledge of policies to confidently engage with prospective clients.

✅Keep accurate records of client interactions, lead progression, and outreach efforts in ✅Salesforce and other CRM tools.

✅Track key sales metrics and continuously refine outreach strategies based on data-driven insights.

✅Ensure data accuracy and drive automation in sales reporting for more efficient decision-making.

✅Identifying client needs and providing tailored solutions. ✅ Managing and updating our CRM system to keep track of prospects. ✅ Scheduling and conducting discovery calls with potential clients. ✅ Collaborating with the consulting teams to ensure seamless onboarding. ✅ Providing insights and reports on sales pipeline & performance metrics. ✅ Supporting marketing & outreach initiatives to drive growth.

✅Act as a bridge between sales and client success teams, ensuring smooth handoffs and positive client experiences.

Who We’re Looking For: 🎯

✔ 1+ years of experience in sales, customer success, or client management. ✔ A people person with excellent communication and relationship-building skills. ✔ A self-starter who thrives in a fast-paced, boutique consultancy environment. ✔ Strong organisational skills and the ability to manage multiple priorities. ✔ Familiarity with CRM tools (Active Campaign, HubSpot, Salesforce, Clio Grow, or similar)

✔ Ability to conduct thorough research and identify high potential leads. 

✔ Strong organisation and time management skills, with the ability to manage multiple opportunities simultaneously.

✔ Passion for helping businesses grow and a keen interest in sales & client success.

✔ Strong analytical skills – Proficiency in Google Sheets (or Excel), report generation, and dashboard creation.

✔ Experience in the legal industry is a plus.

Other info:

  • Salary DOE.
  • 12 months fixed contract
  • You must be eligible to work in the UK. 
  • The role is based in our Camden Office. 
  • A total of 37 hours per week, with a one-hour unpaid lunch break.
