We are looking for a Software Mobile/CRM Consultant to join our high caliber team.

Your Role

We are seeking a candidate to support and customize our Mobile/CRM applications based on customer requests, manage essential SQL tasks, and provide consulting on day-to-day issues. Additionally, they will offer advice and guidance to our clients, ensuring the smooth and effective functioning of their applications.

Your contribution to the success of the team

• Provide expert technical assistance and support to end-users
• Diagnose and troubleshoot software issues, providing effective solutions to clients
• Advice and train users on software use
• Provide customer feedback to internal teams to drive product enhancements and improvements

Your Qualifications & Competencies

• Bachelor's or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Mathematics or a related field

• Knowledge of Databases (Microsoft SQL Server)
• Familiarity with ERP/CRM is considered a plus
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English
• Strong interpersonal skills
• Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
