ABOUT THE POSITION

Under the general supervision of the Key Account Manager, the Key Account Coordinator works alongside sales and purchasing teams to manage a group of key accounts, ensuring their customer’s success, just as much as our own success. In this collaborative work environment, the incumbent is a true champion of their group of accounts and works side-by-side with key stakeholders to ensure success.

We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Key Account Coordinator to manage key wholesale accounts, including Amazon, Target, Nordstrom, Barnes & Noble, and other major retailers. This role will focus on ensuring smooth operations, optimizing product listings, coordinating inventory, and supporting sales initiatives to drive growth across multiple platforms. The ideal candidate has experience working with Amazon (Vendor Central and/or Seller Central) as well as other retail and e-commerce partners.

ESSENTIAL JOB FUNCTIONS

  • Manage multiple customer accounts and ensure timely deliverables
  • Act as a liaison between sales executives and the internal team on order fulfillment tasks
  • Input orders, review inventory statuses, coordinate production for assigned accounts
  • Troubleshoot shipment issues
  • Order customer retail tickets
  • Track incoming products for your orders
  • Route shipments, prepare Bill of Ladings, Manifests, ASNs
  • Coordinate shipments from start to finish
  • Input data in Customer Portals
  • Review and maintain expert knowledge of Customer Vendor Guidelines
  • Ensure timely resolution of chargebacks, shortages, and disputes in Vendor/Seller Central and other retail portals.
  • Other related duties as required.


QUALIFICATIONS & SKILLS

  • 2+ years of experience in account coordination, e-commerce, or wholesale (experience with Amazon, Nordstrom, Barnes & Noble, or similar accounts preferred).
  • Must be proficient in Amazon Vendor Central and/or Seller Central, EDI systems, and retail-specific ordering platforms. 
  • Ability to establish and maintain effective relationships with employees and management.
  • Ability to think critically and solve problems quickly and efficiently.
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines.
  • Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to work and respond quickly under pressure.
  • Analytical mindset with experience using Excel or other data analysis tools. 
  • Experience in the stationery, novelty, or consumer goods industry is a plus.

  • Bachelor’s Degree
  • 3-5 years of experience in coordinating different customer accounts.
  • Onsite in Culver City
  • Mon-Fri 7am-4pm
  • Prior project or account management experience
  • Effective time management skills
  • Working knowledge of inventory and shipping departments preferred.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel & Outlook)
  • Bilingual a plus but not required

COMPENSATION: $23-$35 per hour based on experience.
