This is an exciting opportunity to join a family-owned business that's in growth mode.THE WHO: Our client is a well-established, family-owned infrastructure and maintenance contracting service provider with a growing lawn care division. They operate across multiple locations and pride themselves on fostering a people-first culture while delivering exceptional service to their customers.THE WHAT: You will lead all aspects of the lawn care division, including operations, team management, business development, and strategic growth initiatives across multiple locations. This role requires a strong operational leader who can develop teams, optimize processes, and drive significant business growth. MUST HAVES:5+ years of upper-level management experience in the lawn care, vegetation management, or greens industryExperience managing multiple locations and driving revenue growthStrong track record of team development and operational excellenceBackground in budget management and P&L responsibilityExperience with industry-specific software (like Real Green) THE NUTS & BOLTS: Compensation package includes:Base salary: $105,000-$110,000 + Annual BonusComprehensive benefits package including medical, dental, vision, 401(k), PTO, and more
