We are seeking a highly skilled Lead Frontend Engineer to drive the development of cutting-edge web applications. This role is perfect for someone passionate about building high-performance, scalable, and user-friendly frontend experiences. You will lead a team of developers, collaborate with cross-functional teams, and ensure best practices in frontend development.

Key Responsibilities

•  Lead & Develop: Architect, develop, and optimize frontend applications using modern frameworks and technologies.
•  Team Leadership: Mentor and guide a team of frontend engineers, fostering best coding practices, performance optimization, and UI/UX excellence.
•  Collaboration: Work closely with product managers, designers, and backend engineers to translate business requirements into technical solutions.
•  Code Quality & Performance: Ensure code quality through reviews, automated testing, and performance optimizations.
•  Scalability & Security: Build secure, scalable, and maintainable frontend applications that provide a seamless user experience.
•  Innovation: Stay up to date with the latest frontend technologies and trends, continuously improving development workflows and methodologies.

Required Skills & Experience

• 5+ years of experience in frontend development with a strong portfolio of high-quality web applications.
• Expertise in JavaScript, TypeScript, React.js, Angular, or Vue.js (React preferred).
• Strong understanding of HTML, CSS, SCSS, Tailwind CSS, and modern UI frameworks.
• Experience with state management libraries (Redux, MobX, or similar).
• Solid knowledge of RESTful APIs, GraphQL, and WebSockets.
• Familiarity with frontend build tools and package managers (Webpack, Babel, npm, Yarn).
• Strong problem-solving skills with experience optimizing frontend performance and accessibility.
• Experience working with CI/CD pipelines, unit testing, and end-to-end testing frameworks (Jest, Cypress, Playwright, etc.).
• Proficiency in Git and Agile development methodologies.

Nice-to-Have Skills

• Experience with server-side rendering (SSR) and static site generation (SSG) using Next.js.
• Familiarity with micro-frontend architectures.
• Exposure to progressive web apps (PWAs) and mobile-first development.
• Understanding of cloud environments (AWS, GCP, Azure) for frontend deployments.
