We are looking for a Lead Frontend Engineer to drive the development of cutting-edge web applications, ensuring seamless user experiences and high performance. In this role, you will lead by example—writing high-quality code, mentoring engineers, and setting best practices for frontend development. You will collaborate with product managers, designers, and backend engineers to build scalable and intuitive applications that meet business needs.

Key Responsibilities

•  Lead the frontend development team, ensuring high-quality code and architecture.
•  Design, develop, and optimize modern web applications with a strong focus on performance, scalability, and maintainability.
•  Mentor and guide junior engineers, fostering a culture of learning and continuous improvement.
•  Collaborate with cross-functional teams including backend engineers, UI/UX designers, and product managers to deliver seamless user experiences.
•  Ensure best practices in coding, testing, and deployment using modern frontend frameworks and tools.
•  Optimize application performance, including fast page loads, smooth interactions, and efficient API consumption.
•  Stay updated with the latest frontend technologies and bring innovation to the team.

Key Skills & Qualifications

•  5+ years of frontend development experience with expertise in modern JavaScript frameworks (React.js, Vue.js, or Angular).
•  Strong proficiency in JavaScript, TypeScript, HTML5, and CSS3. 
•  Experience with state management libraries (Redux, MobX, or Vuex).
•  Deep understanding of responsive design, cross-browser compatibility, and accessibility standards. 
•  Expertise in frontend build tools (Webpack, Vite, Babel, etc.).
•  Familiarity with RESTful APIs, GraphQL, and integrating with backend services. 
•  Experience with CI/CD pipelines for frontend applications.
•  Proficiency in version control systems like Git.
•  Excellent problem-solving skills, a strong sense of ownership, and a passion for building great user experiences. 

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience in leading a frontend team and driving architectural decisions.
• Familiarity with server-side rendering (Next.js, Nuxt.js) and microfrontend architectures.
• Experience with testing frameworks (Jest, Mocha, Cypress).
• Knowledge of performance monitoring tools like Lighthouse, Sentry, or New Relic.
