We are looking for a Learning and Experience Manager with 6-10 years of experience in implementing school transformation initiatives within government school ecosystems. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in artificial intelligence (AI), coding, computational skills, and STEM education.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead and implement school transformation approaches in government schools.
• Develop and execute programs focused on AI, coding, computational skills, and STEM education.
• Work collaboratively on curriculum development, implementation design, and educator capacity building.
• Engage with State education departments to drive innovation in education practices.
• Integrate life skills, career skills, gender inclusion, and other thematic areas into learning experiences.
• Stay updated with emerging trends in education technology and pedagogy.
• Demonstrate excellent IT skills to enhance digital learning experiences.
• Work independently while also collaborating effectively with team members to drive impact.

Preferred Qualifications & Skills:

• Strong expertise in AI, coding, STEM, and IT.
• Prior experience in curriculum development and teacher training.
• Familiarity with education technology tools and digital learning platforms.
• Passion for influencing and improving education ecosystems.
• Excellent communication, problem-solving, and analytical skills.
