Legal Advisor with Real Estate Development Experience in Dubai

Amer AL Ghurair Real Estate Development is actively seeking a highly skilled Legal Advisor to join our dynamic legal team. This role is pivotal in ensuring our projects adhere to all regulatory and legal standards, contributing to the continued success and growth of our company.

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide expert legal advice on all matters related to real estate development.
• Draft, review, and negotiate SPA, contracts, agreements, and other legal documents.
• Ensure compliance with Dubai real estate laws and regulations.
• Liaise with regulatory bodies and manage legal aspects of real estate transactions.
• Resolve legal disputes and handle litigation related to real estate development.
• Collaborate with internal teams to support project development from inception to completion.

Qualifications:

• Proven experience as a Legal Advisor, specifically in the real estate development sector in Dubai.
• Bachelor Of Law
• In-depth knowledge of Dubai real estate laws and regulations.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Salary Range: 7,000 AED - 17,000 AED Monthly
