PRIORITY, one of the largest and fastest growing Management and IT consulting firms in Greece, is seeking to hire a Legal Advisor. In this role, you will provide legal guidance and expertise to ensure compliance with applicable laws and regulations while supporting the company’s strategic goals.
Responsibilities:
- Review, draft, and negotiate various types of contracts, including vendor agreements, service agreements, and compliance documents.
- Advise management and staff on legal rights, obligations, and risks associated with business activities.
- Conduct legal research to support the company in navigating complex regulatory environments.
- Collaborate with various departments to ensure legal compliance in all business operations.
- Monitor changes in legislation and provide updates and advice on regulatory compliance.
- Handle disputes and claims, working closely with external legal counsel as necessary.
- Prepare and deliver training sessions on legal matters to company personnel.
- Monitor and implement GDPR, AI Act, and Data Governance regulations, ensuring the organization’s and client's compliance with relevant legal frameworks.
Qualifications:
- Law degree from an accredited university.
- 4+ years of experience in a legal advisory role, preferably within a consulting environment.
- Solid understanding of corporate law, contract law, and regulatory compliance.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent communication and negotiation abilities.
- Fluency in Greek and English, both spoken and written.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
