At Destiny Derma Spa, we understand that facial and skin treatments are primarily preventive measures rather than instant fixes. Achieving optimal results requires a series of treatments. Our non-invasive spa prioritizes clinical efficacy and proven methodologies to ensure results that go beyond surface-level enhancements, fostering holistic skin health by addressing underlying tissue concerns. Our comprehensive range of services targets a variety of skin conditions, including acne and acne scarring, rosacea, dryness, hyperpigmentation, excess oil production, UV/sun damage, premature aging, hair loss, and more. We are looking for a driven, sales-minded individual who brings a positive attitude and a vibe that resonates with our clients while delivering high-quality skincare. We stay current with the latest developments in the skincare industry by requiring and providing access to training events, esthetic conferences, and advanced certifications. Qualifications:- Licensed Esthetician in Ohio- 2+ years of Experience at Spa, salon or med spa REQUIRED-Experience in facials, chemical peels, microdermabrasion, and dermaplaning is required.-Must be willing to learn sugar hair removal process and be comfortable performing services on all body parts, including Brazilian area.-Openness to acquiring new techniques, participating in training sessions, and pursuing advanced certifications.-Excellent knowledge of various skin types, conditions, and treatments, with the ability to analyze individual client needs and provide personalized skincare recommendations.-Ability to maintain a clean and organized treatment room, adhering to established safety and sanitation procedures.-Flexible schedule, including availability on weekends and evenings.-Certification in additional skincare treatments or techniques is a plus.-Must be reliable, professional, and punctual.Expected hours: 20-40 hours a weekJob Type: Full time, Part-time, ContractSchedule: 8 hour shift, day shift, evening shift, night shift, weekends as neededSupplemental Pay:- Bonus Opportunity-Commission Pay-Tips
