As our practice expands, we’re looking for a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT) to join our team. This is an opportunity to do deeply meaningful clinical work, with the autonomy to build a caseload that reflects your interests and expertise—whether you specialize in trauma, couples therapy, anxiety, or family systems.

We believe in creating a space where clinicians can do their best work—providing compassionate, evidence-based care while growing professionally. We’re a supportive, mission-driven practice serving diverse individuals, couples, and families across California.

What You Will Do:

  • Provide individual, couples, and/or family therapy in accordance with California Board of Behavioral Sciences (BBS) guidelines.
  • Conduct comprehensive clinical assessments and develop tailored treatment plans.
  • Maintain timely and accurate clinical documentation in compliance with HIPAA and ethical standards.
  • Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team when necessary and participate in case consultations.
  • Participate in regular supervision or peer support groups (if applicable).
  • Maintain client confidentiality and adhere to ethical and legal standards of practice.

  • Active and unrestricted LMFT license in the state of California.
  • Master’s degree in Marriage and Family Therapy, Psychology, Counseling, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 2 years of clinical experience (newly licensed therapists welcome to apply, depending on role).
  • Experience working with diverse populations, including children, adolescents, adults, couples, and/or families.
  • Strong clinical skills in areas such as trauma, anxiety, depression, relationship issues, and life transitions.
  • Proficient in maintaining electronic health records (EHR).
  • Excellent interpersonal, communication, and organizational skills.
  • Flexible scheduling to support work-life balance
  • Administrative and billing support
  • CEU reimbursement or access to professional development opportunities
  • Supportive team culture and regular peer consultation groups
  • Opportunity to grow within a thriving and mission-driven practice

We welcome candidates of all backgrounds and experiences. Come grow with us!

Do what you love, and you’ll never work another day in your life.
