We are looking for a LifeCycle Management Team Lead for Wingie Enuygun Group's growing Growth department. With this position, you will have the chance to take part in the team that has developed one of the most successful internet businesses in Turkey.

What Makes You Special?

• You hold a Bachelor's or Master's degree in Management, Economics, Marketing, Industrial Engineering, Mathematics, or a related field
• You have 8+ years of experience in CRM, Marketing, or Growth, preferably within an online marketplace or e-commerce environment
• You have 2+ years of leadership experience, having successfully led teams in previous roles
• You are proficient in CRM tools (e.g., Insider, Braze, or similar) and managing communication channels such as email, SMS, push notifications, and in-app messages
• You have a data-driven mindset, with expertise in customer segmentation, lifecycle management, and campaign performance analysis
• You are proactive, detail-oriented, and possess strong analytical, communication, and leadership skills
• You have experience in stakeholder management, ensuring alignment across teams and business objectives

What Will You Do?

• Lead and manage the Lifecycle Marketing team, fostering a high-performing and growth-oriented environment
• Support the professional development of team members, enhancing their leadership and operational skills
• Develop and execute comprehensive CRM strategies to improve customer engagement, retention, and reactivation
• Design and implement customer journeys, ensuring a seamless and personalized experience across all touchpoints
• Own and manage the CRM campaign calendar, ensuring alignment with business goals and key performance indicators
• Continuously analyze customer interactions and optimize workflows through A/B and multivariate testing
• Collaborate closely with Product, Growth, and Data teams to develop data-driven lifecycle marketing initiatives
• Monitor key CRM metrics, generate insights, and provide strategic recommendations to enhance overall performance
