Key Responsibilities

• Set up and stock stations with necessary supplies
• Prepare food according to recipes and set standards
• Cook menu items while ensuring quality and presentation
• Assist in the management of kitchen inventory and cleanliness
• Work cooperatively with other kitchen staff to ensure smooth operations
• Follow food safety regulations and maintain a clean work environment
• Contribute to menu planning and daily specials

• Proven experience as a line cook, restaurant cook, or similar role
• Familiarity with various cooking methods, ingredients, and equipment
• Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment
• Strong communication and teamwork skills
• Must be at least 18 years of age
• Knowledge of food safety standards and regulations
• Formal culinary training or relevant experience is preferred
• Willingness to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed
