About UsWe're hiring a litigation paralegal to join our personal injury firm. We have offices in Seattle and Spokane and handle cases throughout the Pacific Northwest.We’ve been helping people for almost 30 years.Most of our cases involve motorcycle, bicycle and auto collisions. Job DescriptionYour responsibilities will include:Conducting client interviews and gathering case informationParticipating in all phases of litigation including discovery, trial preparation and trialAssisting in the preparation of written discovery, demand letters and motionsNoting, filing and serving motionsManaging, organizing and ordering clients' medical recordsCommunicating with clients, insurance companies and opposing counselJob Type: Full-timePay: $60,000.00 - $75,000.00 per yearBenefits:401(k) matchingDental insuranceHealth insuranceOpportunities for advancementPaid sick timePaid time offVision insuranceWork from home The ideal candidate will have experience with personal injury litigation (on either the plaintiffs' side or defense side) and have familiarity with court filing procedures.This is a remote position but the candidate must reside in the Inland Northwest.
