Key Requirements● Completed Bachelor's degree or higher.● Proven teaching qualifications (Bachelor / Master’s in Education, or PGCE / QTS / equivalent).● 3+ years of experience with exposure to international curriculum, i.e. BSO, IB or another;● Proficiency in the subject matter.● Proficiency in key teaching skills.● Proficiency in standards of child protection and safeguarding.● Qualifications like NPQ and other teaching professional development are a strong advantage.Key Responsibilities● Plan, prepare, and deliver instructional lessons that facilitate active learning and meet curriculum standards.● Evaluate and document students' academic and personal development through tests, assignments, and observations.● Foster a safe, inclusive, and supportive classroom atmosphere that encourages student participation and collaboration.● Address diverse learning needs by offering tailored guidance, extra help, or resources to ensure all students succeed.● Collaborate with parents, colleagues, and administrators to share progress, address concerns, and support students' overall development.
