This is a fully remote, South Africa-based position with working hours from 8:00 am to 4:30 pm UK time (Monday to Friday).

This role offers a basic salary of R30,000 - R32,000 per month (depending on experience), plus a bonus structure based on successful placements and KPIs. Key Responsibilities:

  • Conduct comprehensive market research and talent mapping to identify high-quality candidates for luxury fashion and retail roles.
  • Maintain and update the recruitment database with accurate and current candidate information.
  • Support business development through lead generation and data analysis.
  • Coordinate and manage multiple recruitment projects, ensuring efficient communication with clients and team members.
  • Conduct front-facing candidate interactions, gathering information on notice periods, experience, and professional presentation.
  • Utilise LinkedIn and other professional platforms to identify and source candidates, ensuring effective database management.
  • Collaborate with remote research teams (based in India) to oversee outputs and maintain a consistent workflow.
  • Present findings and progress through reports and presentations.
  • Maintain a professional and articulate communication style, suitable for engaging with high-profile candidates and luxury clients.
  • Ensure that the quality of candidate engagement matches the expectations of luxury fashion standards.
  • Grow into a Research Manager role by demonstrating strong leadership and consistent performance.
