AHS, a leading luxury real estate developer, is looking for a talented Finance Manager to join our financial team. In this pivotal role, you will be responsible for managing financial operations, analyzing financial performance, and supporting strategic decision-making to ensure the successful management of our high-end real estate projects. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in finance and accounting, with demonstrated experience in the real estate sector.ResponsibilitiesAssist in the preparation of overall financial plans, budgets, and forecasts for various luxury real estate projectsMonitor financial performance metrics and prepare detailed reports for senior managementCoordinate financial audits and ensure compliance with regulatory standardsConduct variance analysis and provide recommendations for cost control and optimizationManage cash flow, ensuring adequate funding for ongoing projectsCollaborate with project managers to develop project budgets and financial forecastsPerform financial modeling and sensitivity analysis to evaluate investment opportunitiesSupport strategic decision-making through financial analysis and due diligenceMaintain financial records and ensure accurate reporting in accordance with accounting principlesSupervise and mentor junior finance team members, providing guidance and training as neededStay updated on industry trends, regulations, and best practices that impact financial performance Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field; Master’s degree or relevant certification (CMA, CFA, CPA) is a plusProven experience as a Finance Manager or similar role in the real estate sector (5-10 years)Strong understanding of financial reporting, budgeting, and forecasting processesExceptional analytical skills with the ability to interpret financial dataProficiency in financial software and Microsoft ExcelStrong communication and interpersonal skillsAbility to work collaboratively in a team environmentExperience in cash flow management and investment analysisHigh attention to detail and commitment to accuracyAbility to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively.
