AHS, a prestigious luxury real estate developer, is seeking a proactive and skilled PR Executive to manage our public relations efforts related to international outdoor events. In this role, you will be responsible for crafting and executing strategic PR campaigns that promote our luxury properties and enhance our brand visibility on a global scale. You will work closely with event organizers, media, and influencers to create memorable experiences that resonate with our affluent clientele.ResponsibilitiesDevelop and implement comprehensive PR strategies for international outdoor events that effectively showcase AHS's luxury propertiesBuild and maintain relationships with event organizers, media outlets, and key industry influencersCoordinate with marketing and creative teams to ensure cohesive branding and messaging across all platformsManage media outreach, press releases, and follow-up communications related to eventsOrganize press events, media tours, and promotional activities to engage various stakeholdersMonitor and analyze media coverage and PR outcomes to measure success and optimize future effortsCraft compelling narratives and promotional materials to attract media attention and interestRespond to media inquiries and act as a spokesperson for the company during eventsCoordinate logistics for outdoor events, including invitations, press kits, and event materialsStay abreast of industry trends and emerging opportunities to leverage for PR initiatives Bachelor's degree in Public Relations, Communications, Marketing or a related fieldProven experience in a PR or communications role, preferably within luxury real estate or event management (3-5 years)Strong network of media contacts and influencers in the luxury and real estate sectorsExceptional written and verbal communication skillsProficient in PR tools and media management softwareAbility to think strategically and creativelyStrong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects and deadlinesExperience with event planning and execution is preferredWillingness to travel internationally for events and media engagementsAbility to represent the company professionally and positively in various settings.
