We are seeking a skilled MDM Developer to join our team and play a crucial role in designing, developing, and maintaining our Master Data Management (MDM) solutions. The ideal candidate will have expertise in Informatica MDM, Informatica Intelligent Cloud Services (IICS), and Master Data Management principles. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure data consistency, accuracy, and integrity across various enterprise applications.

Key Responsibilities:

• Design, develop, and implement MDM solutions using Informatica MDM and IICS to manage master data across different domains.
• Configure and customize Informatica MDM Hub components, including Data Model, Match & Merge Rules, Hierarchy Management, and Business Rules. 
• Develop and optimize ETL processes using Informatica tools for data integration and transformation.
• Ensure data quality, governance, and compliance by implementing best practices in data standardization, validation, and stewardship. 
• Work with stakeholders to understand business requirements and translate them into technical solutions.
• Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to MDM workflows, performance, and integration.
• Maintain and enhance existing MDM solutions while implementing new functionalities as needed.
• Collaborate with database administrators, data architects, and business analysts to improve data models and workflows.
• Monitor and manage MDM jobs and workflows, ensuring smooth operations and optimal performance.
• Provide technical support and documentation for MDM implementations and upgrades.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

•  2-9 years of experience in Master Data Management (MDM) with a strong focus on Informatica MDM and IICS. 
• Proficiency in Informatica MDM Hub configurations, including match/merge, entity 360, and data stewardship processes.
• Hands-on experience in data integration, ETL development, and data transformation using Informatica tools. 
• Strong understanding of data governance, data quality, and data stewardship concepts. 
• Experience in SQL, PL/SQL, and working with relational databases such as Oracle, SQL Server, or PostgreSQL. 
• Knowledge of cloud-based MDM solutions and integration with enterprise applications. 
• Experience in designing and implementing API-based integrations and real-time data synchronization. 
• Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to analyze and resolve MDM-related issues efficiently.
• Ability to work independently as well as collaborate in a team environment.
• Excellent communication and documentation skills.

Preferred Skills:

• Experience with data modeling and metadata management. 
• Familiarity with Agile/Scrum methodologies for software development.
• Exposure to big data technologies and cloud platforms such as AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud.
• Certification in Informatica MDM or Informatica IICS is a plus.
