We are seeking a positive, energetic, motivated and organized Management Assistant to join our team and support our executive assistants with administrative and office management tasks.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide administrative support to the Support hub, consisting of two Executive Assistants
  • Help with the coordination of office activities
  • Assist the members of the Senior leadership team with admin support tasks
  • Manage office supplies and inventory, ensuring timely replenishment.
  • Handle incoming and outgoing communications, including phone calls, emails, and regular mail. Maintaining a post registration system
  • Support HR functions such as onboarding new employees.
  • Perform other related duties as assigned.
  • 2-3 years of experience in administrative or office management roles.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
  • Good written and verbal communication skills.
  • Ability to multitask and prioritize effectively.
  • Good social skills and a positive work attitude
  • Fluent in Dutch and English
