We're a small but growing business currently establishing our presence in Singapore with growth plans for 2025.The RoleWe're seeking a versatile Marketing Manager to join our growing team. In this dynamic role, you'll drive Terrific's marketing initiatives while also supporting client marketing technology projects. This is an opportunity to shape strategy, implement sophisticated marketing technology solutions, and make a meaningful impact in a forward-thinking company.Growth StageWe're currently a small team in the early stages of our Singapore expansion. Rather than joining an established corporate structure, you'll be helping build our marketing foundation. This means fewer layers of management, more direct impact, and the chance to wear multiple hats as we scale.Work ArrangementThis is a remote role working primarily in Singapore timezone (or Australian timezone with sufficient overlap). For candidates based in Singapore, citizenship or permanent residency is required.Key ResponsibilitiesTerrific Marketing LeadershipDevelop and execute marketing strategies to build brand awareness and generate quality leadsOwn our digital presence including website, content strategy, and social media channelsImplement and manage HubSpot marketing automation to nurture prospects and analyse performanceCreate compelling content that showcases our expertise and drives engagementManage digital advertising campaigns across relevant platformsClient ProjectsCollaborate with clients to understand their marketing technology needsSupport implementation of marketing solutions, particularly HubSpot-based websites and automationCoordinate with designers, developers, and other specialists to deliver high-quality client projectsHelp clients maximise their marketing technology investmentsTeam GrowthBuild relationships with contractors and specialists to support project deliveryAs the company grows, recruit and mentor additional marketing team membersEvaluate and recommend marketing tools and technologies Required Experience & SkillsProven marketing experience with B2B technology or professional services companiesStrong digital marketing knowledge including content marketing, SEO, and digital advertisingExperience managing websites and implementing marketing automationExcellent project management and client communication skillsAnalytical mindset with ability to measure and report on marketing performanceOutstanding written and verbal communication skillsPreferred QualificationsExperience with HubSpot or similar marketing automation platformsUnderstanding of marketing technology integration and API conceptsKnowledge of professional services sector, particularly legal, accounting, or business advisoryExperience balancing internal marketing with client service deliveryRemote work skills including self-direction and virtual collaboration Base salary of SGD 3,500-5,500 monthly, based on experience and capabilitiesPerformance-based incentives tied to business growth and client acquisitionPotential for salary progression as the company expandsCompetitive package available for exceptionally experienced candidatesRemote-first work culture with flexibility and autonomyClear path for career advancement in a growing businessOpportunity to shape marketing strategy from the ground upCollaborative and innovative team environmentComprehensive HubSpot training and certification supportInvestment in your ongoing professional development
