Apply Now· Plan and execute end to end marketing campaigns.
· Conduct promotion briefing with internal stakeholders
· Liaison between CAG and frontline staff and ensure smooth operations for campaigns, promotions and activities from start to finish by working closely with cross functional teams
· Conduct thorough research to gather relevant market data and consumer behaviour
· Proactively reach out to potential partner for collaboration
· Evaluate campaign performance using various metrics and submit reports for management.
· Work closely with India market partners such as Banks, Credit Cards, Airlines, Payment Gateway, e-Wallets, Travel Agencies to drive footfall into the stores
· Write and proof-read marketing copy in both Hindi and English languages
· Prepare creative brief for in-house and/or external creative agencies to design marketing collaterals
· Manage all invoicing, contracts and budget tracking
· Provide administrative support to Omni-Channel
· Any other duties which may be assigned by the immediate supervisor/manager from time to time.
· Language proficiency: Intermediate Hindi (both spoken and written) to communicate / translate for Indian marketing communications with excellent command of English (Verbal and Written)
· Bachelor’s degree (or equivalent) in Marketing, Mass Communications or Marketing
· Min 2 years of marketing experience preferred
· Prior marketing experience from Spirits & Wine Retail or Travel Retail preferred
· Excellent interpersonal skills, able to work collaboratively as part of a dedicated and hardworking team.
· Pay attention to details with an elevated eye for accuracy, while being highly organised.
· Demonstrate ability to think critically, yet display high level of creativity in a highly dynamic environment.
· Display a highly responsive, solutions-oriented attitude.
· Demonstrate an aptitude for aesthetics and flair for content writing (a plus).
· Well-versed in use of Microsoft Office, especially Excel (V-lookup, Pivot Table and Formulas) and PowerPoint.
· Possess knowledge of digital and social media platforms.
· Excellent communication skills, verbal and written.
