Job Title: Medical Live ScriberLocation: RemoteJob Type: Full-timeJob Summary:As a Medical Live Scriber, you will play a critical role in enhancing the efficiency of clinical teams by accurately documenting patient encounters in real-time. You will work alongside healthcare professionals to ensure that all medical records reflect the exact details of patient visits, enabling improved communication and quality of care.Key Responsibilities:Scribe real-time documentation during patient visits, capturing all relevant clinical information including patient history, examinations, diagnoses, and treatment plans.Ensure accurate and legible transcription of verbal communications from healthcare providers and patients.Utilize EHR (Electronic Health Record) systems to input data efficiently and comply with healthcare documentation standards.Maintain confidentiality and adhere to HIPAA guidelines while handling patient information.Collaborate with medical staff to clarify information and ensure completeness in documentation.Stay updated on clinical terminology and procedures to enhance the quality of scribing. Education: High school diploma or equivalent; relevant certifications in medical scribing or healthcare preferred. Experience: Previous experience as a medical scribe or in a clinical setting is preferred. Skills: Strong typing skills with high accuracy, excellent listening skills, and the ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment. Technical Proficiency: Familiarity with EHR systems and medical software is a plus. Communication: Outstanding written and verbal communication skills, with attention to detail.
